क्या है Conjunctivitis?

• अभी जो फ़ैल रहा है, वह Infective conjunctivitis है |
• Bacteria Virus के संक्रमण से यह होता है |

इसके क्या लक्षण है?

• आँख लाल होना
• आँख में दर्द या किरकिरा लगना
• आँख से पानी / Mucus / Discharge आना |
• Sticky Feeling
• पलकों में सूजन आना
• पलकों का चिपकना या पलकों में Deposits होना
• यदि cornia involve हो तो काम दिखाई देना

इसका ईलाज

• Bacterial : 3-5 days, Antibiotic Drops
• Vinal : 2 -3 weeks self-limiting but symptomatic treatment
• Sometimes tablets
• Maintain Hygiene
• Not Spread it
• Always Consult Doctor

घरेलु उपाय

• Cleaning with warm water
• आँख में दर्द या किरकिरा लगना
• Cold Compression

फैलने से बचाव

• Separate तौलिया | तकिया | रूमाल | Cosmetic
• Tissue Paper / Wipes
• No Cosmetic
• Handwash
